I was on this tour and the choir was all stuck at a trucker’s Wendy’s for 8 hours on the outskirts of Indianapolis as we waited for a new bus to come and take us to West Virginia to perform with the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra. Unfortunately, that bus was only available for one evening. ABS had to send the Casper Bus to Wheeling the next day so we could finish the tour. I’ve never had so many chocolate frosty drinks in my life!!!!!

Apparently Mr. Rizzo, our bus driver for many years, warned ABS that something had been wrong with Alfred for sometime but due to financial constraints, they did not want to send the bus in for “unnecessary” maintenance. Needless to say, they regretted that decision!
